Printer Tuning

Here is where we discuss tuning!

Be very careful when reading through and following steps when you are working on your 3D printers.

  • real damage can occur
  • fires are real
  • cats could get mauled

Guides#

These two guides are amazing but don’t let the issue of firmware choice push you one way or another as both present the same kinds of concepts via more firmware biased advice.

Learn the concepts and then use the details specific to your choice in firmware.

  • Teaching Tech Calibration Guides

This site walks you though many of the different tuning aspects of your 3D printer.

It is more focused on Marlin.

  • Andrew Ellis Print Tuning Guide

His guide is a wealth of information on tuning your printer but can also be overwhelming in its scope.

It is more focused on Klipper.
